Bascorp is a family owned company with two generations working side by side and a third generation is being groomed into the business.

Bascorp is a company that grew from the success of Bascelli Construction. As the Bascelli corporation grew and acquired commercial real estate properties it was a natural progression for the formation of Bascorp to manage the commercial real estate portfolio.

Bascorp is extremely well positioned  as a property management firm due the construction experience and ability of its parent company. Bascorp’s experience and pedigree allows for its tenant’s to get fast cost effective turn key solutions for their space.

Bascelli construction has been successfully completing construction projects for over 30 years. Our firm specializes in all types of commercial interior renovations and tenant fit ups. Our clients include property management companies, City of Ottawa, Air Canada, National Research Council, Federal Government Agencies and other private industry clients. We are fully insured / bonded and are Federal Government Security clearance. Bascelli Construction is part of the Ottawa Construction Association and the Canadian Construction Association.
